Why this vehicle works for accessible product
Fully automated ramp
The ramp deploys at the touch of a button and meets ADA requirements. Guests board seated in their own equipment, with no transfer at any point in the day.
High roof body
Full standing height in the cabin keeps guests upright and comfortable across long transit legs such as the Hilo to Kona crossing.
Floor securement
The chair or scooter is secured to the floor for the drive, with an occupant restraint at the wheelchair position.
Rear climate control
Separate rear air conditioning holds cabin temperature through midday stops and long coastal drives.
Five companion seats
Caregivers, family and your own guide travel alongside the wheelchair passenger, which keeps the party together on your itinerary.
Neutral presentation
No medical livery and no exterior signage. On charter bookings the vehicle reads as part of your operation for the day.
Capacity
Fleet size and expansion
We operate one accessible vehicle today. Dates are finite and the person who quotes your booking is the person who drives it.
- One accessible party per operating day. Port days and holiday weeks fill first.
- A second vehicle is planned, which will add a simultaneous booking and a second wheelchair party.
- Contracted partners hold recurring dates ahead of general release. Detail on the working with us page.
- Referrals out. If we are committed and another operator can serve your guest safely, we will say so at the enquiry stage.
Before every operating day
The ramp and securement equipment are function checked before the vehicle leaves, and the van is cleaned between bookings.

Send the make and model, or a photo with a tape measure across the widest point, and you will have a written answer before you confirm the sale.
